We (the four girls) went out on the boat
with my mom and sisters, Amy and Sara, friend Laini, and nephew Noah.
It was SO FUN and relaxing...and perfect!
It was a hot day, so we couldn't stay out of the water for long...

Karli decided to jump off the side of the board (rather than the end of it)
Well, she landed on the pool wall.
Her chin hit hard and she bit deep into her tongue.

Yes, even worse than her stiches about a month ago.
It continues to heal really nicely.

oh my goodness, i'm still in shock at that poor girl's mouth! ah!! that looks so painful! and i feel for you having to deal with these injuries as the mom! but...the boating trip looked fun :)

Ahh, I love boating! Someday we hope to have a boat, so so fun! And Carli... crazy! That is awful. I am sure that was awful for you as well. Hope it all heals up alright!
PS: My nephew started USU this week. So fun to see what he is up to and it makes me have so many memories. He went kayaking in the fountains on campus... I'm nervous to see what other crazy things he busts out....

Your girls are so cute. I can't believe how big they keep getting. Do you have a kindergartner this year?
Ouch, I never saw the tongue. It makes me want to cry! Poor thing! I'm glad she's doing better!
